Individual Coaching
Financial Record-Keeping
Get support in developing a financial record-keeping system that works for you. Whether it’s spreadsheets or software, I help design tools tailored to your business, including chart of accounts, sales and inventory management, and non-digital solutions for daily financial habits.
Financial Knowledge & Analysis
Gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence to make informed financial decisions. I offer guidance on creating financial summaries, tracking assets and liabilities, budgeting, cost of production analysis, and financial forecasting to help you stay on top of your business finances.
Business Plan & Grant Review
I provide coaching through the structure of business plans and grants, helping articulate goals, metrics, and SWOT analysis to set you up for success. I also review drafts and provide feedback, ensuring your plan or grant application is clear, compelling, and well-organized.
Business Decision-Making (September - May)
Using a customized approach inspired by Holistic Management International, I guide you through a process to identify your values, strengths, systems, and challenges. This work helps clarify future priorities and decision-making strategies, acting as a business therapist, guide, and sounding board for your farm’s long-term success.
Summer Bookkeeping Services (May–September)
If you’d rather hand off bookkeeping tasks, I offer seasonal bookkeeping services. This can include data entry, chart of accounts clean-up, error correction, and template building to get your records in order.
