About Stevie
I work with small businesses and organizations in the food system, primarily farmers and food producers. Whether it’s cleaning up financial records for tax season or guiding long-term profitability, I step in as a sounding board and coach. My approach is grounded in trust, thoughtful questions, holistic goals, and financial data.

I’ve been supporting farms and food businesses in western Massachusetts for nearly a decade and specifically provided in-depth 1-on-1 coaching to over 50 businesses and farm projects in the last 5 years. Before that, I farmed and worked in the food industry, managing a three-acre farm and youth development centered nonprofit in Brooklyn, NY, then consulting for the city’s urban farm scene and, and then working in farm-to-table restaurants, managing the front of house at a whole-animal butcher shop. These experiences shape the way I approach business advising today.

Now based in Northampton, MA, I work across New England, helping clients with record-keeping, grant writing, budgeting, and enterprise planning. My strategies blend holistic management with practical, values-driven solutions that help businesses grow.

I’m trained in Whole Farm Planning, adult education inspired by the Highlander Center, QuickBooks, and financial record keeping and planning. I offer one-on-one coaching, workshops, and long-term planning to help farmers and food producers turn their hard work into a financially viable and resilient future.
